Adriane Colburn - The Art of San Francisco

Adriane Colburn

My work explores the complex relationship between human infrastructure, earth systems, technology, and the natural world. Through drawings, sculptures, and installations, I translate research in landscape history, ecology, and global systems into visual form. I’m fascinated by the abstract language of mapping—its power to reveal connections too vast to see at once—and I weave this with a deep commitment to materiality, the environment, and an enduring engagement with climate disruption.
