BRIAN GOGGIN
Brian Goggin is a multidisciplinary artist who explores how art interacts with landscape and public space, moving beyond the limits of traditional painting and sculpture. He gained national attention with his 1997 NEA-funded installation Defenestration, featuring furniture bursting from a San Francisco building, now considered an unofficial city landmark. His subsequent public works include Language of the Birds, Labyrinth at Yahoo, and Samson at Sacramento International Airport.
